The easiest way to get to Lake Como is by flying into Milan (MXP or LIN airport). From the airports, your drive into Lake Como will be about an 1.5 hr drive. We strongly advise that you pre-book all airport transfers in advance, especially your transportation back to Milan airport at the end of your stay. Upon check-in, you can request that your hotel pre-arrange a taxi.

Will the ceremony be outside?
Yes! Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside while the dinner will be held in a marquee and the after party will be held inside the Villa.
Will there be parking available on the Wedding Day?
There is no available parking nearby. We will organize centralized transfers from your hotel to Villa Balbiano for both days.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that you please mute any and all electronic devices during the ceremony. We have an amazing talented team of photographers and videographers and kindly ask you respect their work by ensuring your hands and feet steer clear of the aisles and no flash photography is made.
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
Our wedding catering is certified Kosher so no problem if you keep a Kosher diet. With dietary/allergy restrictions, you will see a section within the RSVP section to note dietary restrictions so that the catering team can modify your dish!
What’s the weather like in Como in August?
Because of its mountainous location, Lake Como and its lush tropical greens do get sporadic rain showers; though much less frequently during the Summer months. You can expect the weather to be a high of 80s and the evenings more crisp averaging mid 60s.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We’re delighted to welcome your children to our celebration! Dedicated children’s rooms with professional babysitters will be available at the villa, ensuring your little ones are well cared for while you enjoy the festivities. Please note that our ceremony and reception is reserved for guests aged 12 and above.
